Rock n Roll...

I always heard my dad listening to Bee Gees "Staying Alive"...which got me grooving...although I could never dance...
friends at school would dance to the tunes of Micheal Jackson "Beat it", "Billie Jean", "Black or White"...That's when I bought my first cassette...MICHEAL JACKSON: DANGEROUS...
and I listened to him day in day out...
Other dance tracks like Tribal Dance, Twilight zone and later Backstreet Boys songs like "Everybody" became a craze...i got more cassettes...
By the time I finished my schooling, I had a collection of Micheal Jackson and Backstreet Boys plus my dad's collection of Bee Gees, Eagles, few old Hindi hits of Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhonsle ,Lata Mangeshkar and some spiritual stuff which I never bothered to listen...

But once I entered college...I ventured deeper into the world of music...
My friend made me listen to "In the end" by Linkin park and "Take a look around" by Limp Bizkit...
That is when I bought my first Linkin Park cassette "Hybrid Theory" then Meteora...
by that time I got a computer and started to listen to online music and got CDs and mp3s....

Listening to only these two bands made life monotonous...and I happened to listen to "Nothing else matters" by Metallica...this song completely turned things around and "Rock n Metal" was what got me going!...
I got hold of all of Metallica's songs...then a new channel VH1 came up where I heard "Iron Maiden"...."Fear of the dark" , "hallowed be thy name"...such meaningful songs with amazing guitarwork, lyrics and vocals fascinated me...
One thing led to another and then I came across bands like Creed, Dream-theater, ACDC, Deep Purple, Queen and LED ZEPPELIN...
Songs like "Stairway to heaven" by led zepp, "nothing else matters" by metallica, "comfortably numb", "the wall" by Pink floyd, "Metropolis" by Dream theater, "my sacrifice" by creed, "highway star" by Deep purple, "Hallowed be thy name" by Iron maiden, "November Rain" by Guns n Roses, "Back in Black" by AC/DC...all signify an excellent portrayal of brilliant guitarwork, meaningful lyrics, flawless vocals and above all a TRIBUTE to the world of ROCK

Spy games

007...The name's Bond...James Bond....
I am a double agent and I work for her majesty's secret service...
Once I am ur best friend, next I am your enemy...
Even when I am in front of you, I spy on you...you being unaware of it...
I am selfish when you are busy praising my selflessness...
I am manipulative when you think I am innocent...

My neck is always at the end of the rope...
One mistake, the noose tightens and the service no longer remains secret...

This is one Case I am handling right now:

HER majesty assigned me the work of spying on someone...someone who writes and keeps everything in a diary...
My mission: Analyze the suspect
I went through all the diaries of the suspect...
Somehow I caught hold of all the records, entries, contacts of the suspect and I am using it for her Majesty's service against the suspect...
My job is to confuse and enrage the suspect by making false entries in the diary and then deleting them at the opportune moment, rattling the suspects thoughts, confusing them, playing around with them...all for HER MAJESTY's SECRET SERVICE

But the suspect was too smart for me...
The suspect found out all my moves, my spy-games...but my motive still remains unknown...

The secret of her secret service still remains unperturbed...
Her majesty is still satisfied by my work...

HELLO: I am the suspect...
I will not reveal my identity...
But all I can tell now is that HER MAJESTY's SECRET SERVICE is you yourself Mr. Bond...
The person in you who is a spy...and to satisfy that person...You are spying on me!

Welcome back!

Its been a while since my ears felt your presence...
Its been a while since a tune reached my ears...
Its been a while since you isolated me from all the shit in the world...
Its been a while since both of your hands stuck to each-other like iron on magnet...

You came to me with my girlfriend...
But you are a part of my girlfriend...
Without you she is incomplete, and without you she is incomplete...
I lost you some time back and since then my girlfriend never spoke to me...
But a dove flew by and you were reborn...
My girlfriend is back to normal...
I feel at my best again...

You are the bridge over the valley between two mountains...
You are the river that feeds the sea...
You are the one who plays cupid between me and my girlfriend...

Who are you?
Who is my girlfriend?
Whom do I love?

I love music...
I love my girlfriend, my Ipod...
And I welcome you back into my life again...MY EARPHONES!!!

Turt;ledove!

I saw Home Alone 1,2 when I was a kid and I loved that movie...the direction, the cast, the comedy, the idea...but above all I loved the gift that the kid gives to the store manager...
and that was a turtledove

Turtle doves are a sign of friendship...a pair of turtle doves...u keep one and give the other to your friend...and no matter where you are...friends forever you shall remain...

Some people think this is bullshit...i have a friend Al who does that...who comments on whatever I do...judges me as wrong as if he is the right one...Mr Know all...he says wat is this shit...if you are friends...you dont need a token to express it...your friendship is weak, fickle...

Well I say Buzz off BUSTER...i see it as a sweet memory, a token of my friendship so that when me or my friend are in the dumps...the sight of this turtle dove lifts our spirits up to fight...
It is a sign of
A presence felt in one's absence...
A light at the end of a dark tunnel...
A feeling of strength when one is weak...
And a reason to rhyme when one has lost sense of season and time!!!
